The school year begins during he second week of August and ends in the second week of June. In comprises around 200 days, excluding Saturdays of supervised field trips, interest groups, laboratory requirements, and community service.
The school year is divided into two semesters or four quarters. A breakdown of this schedule is shown below:

Mid-December to Mid-January - Winter Break
